TERMS

VENUES & SCHEDULES:

All indoor sessions are conducted either at the Restoration City Life Center Gymnasium (7620 F.M. 521, Rosharon, TX 77583), Leonetti Elementary School (1757 Waters Lake Blvd, Missouri City, TX 77459), Heritage Rose Elementary School (636 Glendale Lakes Dr, Rosharon, TX 77583) or Alyssa Ferguson Elementary (1300 Heritage Park Dr., TX 77459). Please see individual courses for location information.
All outdoor Evolve Pure Shooting (EPS) Programs are conducted at 2707 Van Gogh Ln, Sienna, TX 77459.
The times and dates of each specific program are listed on our website on the “Programs” page.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy makes every effort to avoid venue and schedule changes wherever possible; however, they can occur and registrants will be notified as early in advance as possible.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy reserves the right to change session venues, dates, and times.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy reserves the right to reduce the number of league games, or shorten games.

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION:

To ensure quality coaching, spaces are strictly limited for all programs. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Online booking closes 24 hours prior to the start time of the first session of the relevant clinic, league, camp, or course. Please contact us directly if you miss the booking window to check about availability.
Please only sign up when you / your child is injury free and ready to commit to all sessions.
Please ensure that you register for the correct program / age division prior to making payment.
All payments will be made in advance, online, by credit card, via our website to secure registration.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Once payment is received, there will be NO refunds. All bookings are non-refundable.
Make-up sessions will be arranged if Evolve Basketball Performance Academy cancels any sessions due to emergency or any other unforeseen circumstances.

ILLNESS & INJURY:

In order to enable us to best support our students and plan accordingly, please inform us of any injuries or illnesses that a student sustains that will prevent him/her from attending sessions, as well as an expected return to play date.
If illness or injury prevents a student from attending less than 50% of the enrolled course, no refunds will be granted.
If illness or injury prevents a student from attending 50% or more of the enrolled course, an enrollment credit of the missed sessions may be carried over towards the enrollment fee of a future program, with the provision of medical documentation, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

SCHEDULE CONFLICTS:

No refunds or make-up sessions are available for missed classes due to a student's personal conflicts in schedule including appointments, school activities, other sports activities, family commitments, hobbies, etc. Students are encouraged to check their own personal availability prior to booking a course.

MAKE-UP SESSIONS & EXTREME WEATHER:

Make-up sessions will be arranged if Evolve Basketball Performance Academy is forced to cancel any sessions due to extreme weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances. Evolve Basketball Performance Academy will inform parents/students of class cancellations at least 1-hour before the scheduled time of that session.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy will endeavor to provide a suitable time/day for the make-up session(s), subject to availability. There is no guarantee that this will be on the same day/time as the set term program sessions.
Any make-up requests made by students due to unforeseen circumstances or personal emergencies will be thoughtfully handled on a case-by-case basis and strictly subject to availability.

COMMUNICATION:

We encourage parents and students to visit www.evolve-basketball.com for all information on venues, schedules, programs, policies, etc. and exhaust all available information prior to contacting Evolve.
Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-12pm and we endeavor to promptly answer any questions during this time.
Any non-urgent communication (calls, texts, or emails) made outside of office hours will be answered the following business day.
Any urgent or emergency communication outside of office hours should be made by phone and will be answered as soon as possible.
Parents/students should call or message the Head Coach directly during office hours at 346-434-7721 as the primary mode of communication for personal matters and information not available on our website.
Evolve can also be reached via email info@evolve-basketball.com for all non-urgent matters, including questions that cannot be answered from information provided on our website.

YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. You may update your contact information through logging into "My Account" on our website, your program's WhatsApp group, and/or by sending an email to info@evolve-basketball.com.

CONDITIONS

All students (or parents / legal guardians of students under the age of 18) agree to complete the EVOLVE BASKETBALL PERFORMANCE ACADEMY LLC RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT prior to the start of the first session, and understand that he/she will not be able to participate until the e-waiver is completed.
Students (and parents of students under the age of 18) acknowledge and agree that students should obey all reasonable directions of Evolve Basketball Performance Academy coaches for their safety and accept all inherent risk of accidents that can occur in sports participation of this kind without liability on the part of Evolve Basketball Performance Academy LLC.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy has the right to take photos and / or videos of students and coaches during our lessons, and parents and students acknowledge and agree that such media may be used on our website, other social media platforms or in the press for promotional purposes.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy Head Coaches can decide to remove and reposition your child from a program if his/her mental or physical skill level or maturity level is too high or low for that specific program.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy reserves the right to remove participants from any program or league that are fighting, using derogatory language, or otherwise displaying any unsportsmanlike, disruptive or dangerous behavior. Refunds will not be issued.
Evolve Basketball Performance Academy may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. As a program participant (or participant's parent), it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms and any changes.
